First known Palestinian inter-institutional H.323 videoconference using the Palestinian public commercial Internet infrastructure.  Photo shows Dr. Jad Issac, at ARIJ, in conference with Mr. Philip Daoud, at Bethlehem University.  The conference took place on November 1, 2004 at approximately 1400 local time.
