The folks with whom I've shared this ask me what I intend.  The answer is I don't know.  Maybe just to explore the problem space I know a little better now than before.  I have a clearer sense now of what we all seem to need than when we started.  I think an Internet Video Exchange says it better then either Skunkworks or High Performance Networked Video Initiative.  

I think we need all the items bannered above, and then some.  It's simply more than I can manage to accomplish single-handed.

But I cannot get the needs far from mind so I keep playing with the problem space.  It may also be instructive to see how the needs and space change with time.

I'd be grateful for email comments of any kind.  I'm just interested.
