      I am delighted with the enthusiasm I have heard regarding our up coming
      meeting and I look forward to working with you on this valuable project -
      valuable to each of us and to the Buffalo community.

      I have made every attempt to contact those persons who might have an
      interest in this regional effort. Over 40 people have been invited. If there
      is anyone, in the fields of education, health and government, that you feel
      is an important contributor please feel free to pass their contact
      information to me and I will be happy to include them.
